Quality inspector/inspector

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for environmental testing in the cosmetics production workshop, including monitoring of workshop dust particles, settling bacteria, planktonic bacteria, etc., recording according to specifications and ensuring compliance with production requirements;

2. Responsible for production water quality inspection (purified water, etc.), completing physical, chemical, microbiological and other indicator testing, and issuing water quality testing records;

3. Responsible for the incoming inspection of cosmetic raw materials, verifying the qualifications of raw materials, testing sensory and physicochemical indicators, determining whether they are qualified or not, and promptly reporting and intercepting unqualified raw materials;

4. Responsible for semi-finished product inspection, testing relevant indicators, determining whether it is qualified, issuing inspection reports, and ensuring the release of qualified semi-finished products;

5. Responsible for the factory inspection of finished products, completing full testing according to cosmetic standards, issuing inspection reports, and ensuring the release of qualified products;

6. Responsible for quality control on the production site, supervising the implementation of production processes and operating standards, and ensuring the quality compliance of the entire production process;

7. Fill in the original inspection records and test reports in a standardized manner, organize the quality ledger, and ensure that the data is true, complete, and traceable. Cooperate to complete the quality system, assist in handling quality objections and customer complaints related to inspection work.


Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in cosmetics technology, applied chemistry, food inspection, biotechnology, pharmacy, or related fields;

2. Experience in quality inspection/testing in the food and cosmetics industry is preferred, familiar with the cosmetics inspection process and the "Cosmetics Safety Technical Specification"; Excellent fresh graduates can be cultivated;

3. Master the inspection methods for raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, environment, and water quality, and those who can operate conventional inspection instruments are preferred;

    Priority will be given to holders of cosmetics/food inspection related qualification certificates;

4. Rigorous and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, familiar with cosmetics GMP standards, able to adapt to the workshop working environment, and have good communication and problem-solving skills.
